Nsik Oil and Gas

Nsik Oil and Gas Company Limited functions as one of Nsik Group’s key subsidiaries. Registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 22nd November, 2016. It is an indigenous service provider to the oil and gas industry in Nigeria, offering Engineering (EPC), Civil Construction, Pipeline Services, Procurement, Marine Logistics, Marketing, Supply, and Trading of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products (Offshore/Onshore).

Led by a dynamic management team, the company has been strategically positioned to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage to fulfill its vision. The company in 2025 kicked off construction of a pioneering 10 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCF/D) Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Mother Station in Akwa Ibom State. This project aligns with Nigeria’s Federal Gas penetration push under the Midstream and Downstream Gas Infrastructure Fund (MDGIF).

This collaborative effort, along with a vehicle conversion training hub, positions Nsik Oil and Gas as a rising player in the midstream gas sector.
